Premium Background Music for Your Business. Zero PRO Fees. Zero Fines. Fully Adaptive Audio.
Royalty-free streams, an adaptive studio-grade audio chain, and a kiosk mode that starts by itself. No collecting-society invoice for the music we play.
⚠ Playing licensed music in a commercial space without a PRO licence can lead to back-dated invoices and, in some countries, contractual penalties and legal action by the collecting society. Our streams are royalty-free: there is no PRO licence to buy for them.
Each stream carries the licence status its source declares: Creative Commons or public-domain sources are cited with an evidence link; self-described royalty-free stations are labelled as such; unknown ones say so. No blanket exemption is claimed.
Our audio chain automatically analyzes each stream and adapts in real-time. A dynamic expander (inspired by the German SPL Vitalizer) detects compression and restores dynamics. A harmonic exciter (inspired by the Swiss Weiss Exciter) measures frequency loss and recovers detail. Auto-volume control keeps levels consistent without compression artifacts. Optional tube warmth adds analog character. Your business sounds consistently professional — automatically, with a clean, neutral signal path.

Estimates based on publicly published PRO tariffs for small commercial venues
(~50–100 m²) and the agencies' minimum annual fees. Always verify directly with
your local collecting agency. Not legal advice. Playing only royalty-free music
generally removes the need to pay these collecting-society fees for that music;
speak to your PRO or adviser before relying on that.
3 of 9 streams have a citable licence
(Creative Commons or public domain). Unverified streams stay available for
variety, clearly labelled. Open the full licence register ↗
Station publishes 'Alle eigenen Inhalte CC BY 4.0' (all own content CC BY 4.0). Music tracks are submitted under CC licences; attribution is required. Verify a track's licence if you record or redistribute it.
Channel is described as 1920s public-domain music. Public-domain status for sound recordings differs between the US and the EU; the operator is a non-commercial indie project and takes the PD position. Verify for your jurisdiction.
Station tags claim CC/public-domain content, but the host (Zeno.fm) publishes no licence statement and the tags are user-entered. Not in the defensive file.
This is not a licence. Verified means the source publishes a licence
we can link to; Creative Commons content may require attribution and may exclude
commercial use (NC), and public-domain rules for sound recordings differ between the
US and the EU. Unverified streams are not defensible in a compliance file. Verify each
stream's current terms and your local collecting-society rules before commercial
playback. Not legal advice.

Agencies we help you stay clear of
Royalty-free music is not registered with these collecting societies, so the licence obligation does not attach to it. We list them transparently so you know exactly what you are (not) paying for:
